The Ambassador Club: Official Terms & Conditions

1. Our Vision for Excellence

Since 2006, Capri Gold – Dubai Jewel Factory has provided factory-direct luxury in both Natural and Lab-Grown Diamonds. We exclusively use 18K Gold to ensure the highest quality for our clients. Consequently, we created the Capri Gold Rewards program to thank our community for their loyalty. This Ambassador Club bridges the gap between our physical showroom in Dubai and our digital storefront.

2. Eligibility and Launch Dates

First, the rewards system officially became active on May 1, 2026. Therefore, only purchases made on or after this date are eligible for point accrual. Please note that orders completed prior to May 2026 do not qualify for rewards or retroactive point additions.

3. How to Earn Capri Gold Rewards

We have designed a simple system where 1 Reward Point equals 50 AED.

• Website Purchases: You will receive points automatically once you successfully complete an online order.
• Showroom & Custom Designs: If you commission custom jewelry at our showroom, you can earn points by request. However, you must have a registered account on DubaiJewelFactory.com. Our staff adds these points manually after you finalize your payment.
• Referral Bonuses: Furthermore, you can earn 5 points (250 AED value) for every new customer who completes a purchase using your unique invite link.

4. Ownership and Individual Use

To maintain security, points are strictly tied to the individual account holder.

• No Point Sharing: We prohibit customers from “pooling” points with friends to purchase a single item.
• No Gifting: You cannot transfer or sell your points to any other person.
• Verification: Because we take security seriously, we reserve the right to verify your identity at our Dubai Gold & Diamond Park showroom before honoring rewards.

5. Redemption Rules and Restrictions

Before you redeem your points, please review these essential rules:

1. Minimum Balance: You must have at least 10 points (500 AED value) to unlock the discount at checkout.
2. Website Use: You can only redeem points for ready-to-wear items on our website.
3. Exclusions: We do not apply points toward custom design labor, manufacturing fees, or workshop commissions.
4. No Stacking: You cannot combine Capri Gold Rewards with other coupon codes or promotional offers.

6. Fraud Prevention and Reversals

If you return a purchase for a refund, we will automatically reverse the points earned from that transaction. Additionally, Capri Gold reserves the right to audit accounts. If we detect fraudulent activity or self-referral loops, we will void those points immediately to protect our community.
